“Erie Insurance is the best! I initially hooked up with them because Mark Geiseler was a super nice guy and delivered excellent customer service. The moment I realized I was insured by an awesome insurance company was when I unfortunately had to use the insurance, but fortunately I had Erie. I got in an accident on the way home from work, called Erie around 8pm. The next morning I received a call from a claims rep, shortly after a call from Enterprise asking me when I wanted to pick up my rental. By noon the adjuster called to let me know he was looking at my car and by the end of the business day Erie called to make an offer on my car and ask where to send the paperwork. A week later I had a check. It was that simple and fast. That is when I knew I was with the best insurance company. ”
